Advent is just around the corner!  I love this time of year not because of the busyness of the season but because of the Hope that we have in our Risen Lord.

The Story of Christmas is fascinating on many accounts.  This year at Lighthouse we will look at The Story of Christmas by looking into 1) the Wise Men’s Journey 2) the Courage of Joseph 3) and the Servant Nature of Mary.

Our journey through these stories will culminate in us worshiping together on Christmas Eve to celebrate the story of the Ultimate Gift — Jesus Christ.  As in most gifts, we open them and then have a choice to make.  On Christmas Day we will look into what we can do with our Gift that is opened for the world to see.

I would like to encourage you to prepare your heart and mind to seek how this Christmas can be unlike any other Christmas before.  Ask God to reveal to you ways that you can build a relationship with someone over the Christmas holiday that would impact both your life and the one you are building a relationship with.  Then as the relationship continues you can trust in the work of the Holy Spirit to change all of eternity.

Below you will see our Christmas Schedule.  Please make note of the Christmas Eve Gathering at 4 PM on Saturday, December 24th.  All other worship gatherings will remain at our 10:00 worship time.
